It has been an exciting couple of months at Kalihi Christian School!  We are having a lot of fun, learning even more, and sharing the love of God to those around us and in our community!

We can't believe we are halfway through the school year already! We practice by coloring different shapes, letters, numbers, and pictures. During circle time, the students practice memorizing the bible verse and get excited to share their bible verse during chapel time! 

Our theme for this summer is Noah’s Ark. We have done science experiments and weather projects and even made a s’mores oven, used the sun to melt everything together & enjoyed the treat!

The entire school had a unique opportunity to visit the Hawaii Children’s Museum in Kakaako, a place of hands-on learning. We said MAHALO to Ms. Cheryl as she retired from KUC after teaching in the preschool for 22 years. We are excited about our upcoming Summer STEAM series!

We shared the Easter story with our students.  They learned that God loves us so much that he died on the cross and rose again after 3 days.
