This is not only a time for learning, but also for building relationships with the people in the class. They will learn together and pray for each other. Don’t worry if you’re a parent with a baby, we also have a nursery open during this time.

Joseph: Man of Integrity & Forgiveness
9:00 AM   |  Library
Rev. Dr. George Nagato
Genesis 37-50 records the exciting and true story of Joseph, the eleventh and beloved son of the Hebrew patriarch Jacob. The life of Joseph is a classic example we are to follow in incarnating significant truths in Scripture. Although a man just like us, Joseph blazes a new trail through a jungle of mistreatment, false accusations, undeserved punishment, and gross misunderstanding. He exemplifies forgiveness, freedom from bitterness, and an unbelievably positive attitude toward those who had done him harm. The study of Joseph’s life will challenge us to incarnate significant truths from Scripture. Let’s enjoy the journey.

The format of the class will be lecture and discussion as we closely examine how Joseph lived in fulfilling his God-given destiny. We will be using Charles Swindoll’s “Joseph: A Man of Integrity and Forgiveness” as our text. One of the blessings in this class is that each participant will have the opportunity to share through observation, interpretation, and application a choice passage that challenges or blesses him/her.

Making Sense of Suffering: Lessons from Job
10:45 AM   |  Library
Dave Beers & Phil Regier

A fascinating aspect of the Bible is that it confronts difficult subjects head-on, and so the book of Job. Is God just? How can it be that an innocent person suffers, while the god-rejecting wicked seem to be rewarded? Join us as we explore one of my favorite books of the Bible, contemplate the depths of who God is with what He has revealed to us about Himself, and like Job be reassured that despite our circumstances that God is awesome and He is worthy of our worship.

Awakening: Discipleship As A Way Of Life
With Alex Ramirez, Pastor Kendal Fong & Various Teachers
9:00 AM | Gym & Zoom

The OTW (On The Way) Life Plan is a transformative 13-week discipleship experience designed to equip believers to fulfill the Great Commission by living Spirit-empowered, purpose-driven lives. Rooted in Scripture and modeled after the life of Christ and His apostles, this course helps participants understand who they are in Christ, discover their spiritual gifts, and become fully engaged in God’s redemptive mission.

Each week builds upon foundational truths that guide believers from personal spiritual formation into active ministry and outreach. Topics include developing a biblical vision for the church, discovering spiritual gifts, growing in obedience, building discipling relationships, welcoming new believers, and overcoming common obstacles to growth and leadership.

Whether you’re a new believer, a growing disciple, or a church leader, this course offers practical tools, small group accountability, and life-changing insights that will help you move from passive attendance to active participation in God’s Kingdom work.

By the end of the course, participants will not only be more spiritually grounded—they will be equipped to disciple others, serve with clarity, and live their daily lives as ministers of the gospel.
