Socks for the Needy (collecting new and gently used socks)
We are continually collecting socks for the needy. Please bring new and gently used socks (especially crew and ankle styles) to bless the homeless and needy. Collection is on the first Sunday of every month, before each service at the S.P.A.M. Table in the Welcome Center. Please drop off donations of non-perishable foods and school supplies to bless the schools and needy families in our community. Volunteers are welcome.
Manna Ministry/Thursday Morning Community Worship Service

Altar Flower Arrangement Donations
This year’s sign-up is now available for those who would like to donate an altar flower arrangement for one of our Sunday worship services . If you are interested, please sign up on the lanai or call Fannie Miyamura (595-4493) or the church office at 841-7022.
Manna Ministry/Thursday Morning Community Worship Service needs help!
Do you like to grocery shop? We need helpers to shop at the Hawaii Food Bank on Thursday mornings from 8 am. We also need help bagging the groceries and canned goods for the people who come for this outreach service.
Donations of clean plastic grocery bags are always needed!
Would you like to be part of our worship service? If you are available to help from 10 – 11 am, we would love to have you join us! We need people to help with singing, sharing testimonies and messages of hope from God’s Word, people who care and would like to help and pray for those who come.

Coffee Fellowship – Refreshments for Sunday mornings
The Coffee Fellowship would love new contributions to the coffee/refreshment table on Sunday mornings between worship services. Also, they welcome new helpers to set up and clean up. If you can help out once or twice a month, please sign up at the Welcome Center for dates that you can serve.
Sunday Lunch Ministry (Kitchen Krew)
Help is needed by the Kitchen Krew on Saturday mornings (food prep) and on Sunday mornings to cook and serve Sunday lunches.
Clean-up help is also needed. Groups are encouraged for kitchen clean-up (need 4 people in a group) – washing dishes, sweep/mop the kitchen floor, etc. Clean up is from about 12:30 – 1:00 pm (half hour). Please sign up to help! Nursery Help Needed
There are precious babies and toddlers who squeal with delight and laughter every Sunday morning in the nursery but need the loving hands, singing voices, and the love of Jesus to care for them while their mommies and daddies are at the 10:45 am worship service. This ministry is vital to the spiritual health and growth of our children and families.

- Kids Under Christ (Children’s Church on Sundays): Volunteers needed to help during our 10:45 am worship service. Serving children ages 3 to grade 5. Volunteers will be trained. Please leave a message for Tricia Steeper at the church office, 841-7022.
- Children and Youth Sunday School Leaders and Helpers: We would love more leaders for our elementary, middle and high school Sunday School groups. If you have any experience or would like to be trained, please contact the church office at 841-7022 and leave a message.
Are you looking to gain office skills – public relations, communication, organization, promoting events, working with loving, ministry-minded people, etc? We want to help you! Volunteer in our church office!
- Volunteer Receptionists to answer telephones, do filing, data entry, follow-up, greet and help walk-ins.
- Office Assistant to assist the Office Manager in coordinating altar flower sign-ups, assist with filing, display signs, replenish flyers, books, organize office, etc.
- Ike Pono & Bulletin Helper to help produce and edit our church’s “Ike Pono” & Sunday Bulletin (computer-literate preferred).
- Bulletin-board decorators and updaters.

We are currently looking for people to take digital photos of church events and upload to our website photo gallery. Also, if you have website development, WordPress, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) experience, or have some time to help maintain our website, we want your help! We will train.

Feed My Flock Ministry (sharing a meal for those in need)
We have a group of women and men that love to share a meal with people in need. If you would like to help provide an occasional meal for church members who are going through trials or are in need of a meal blessing, please leave a message for Karen S. via the church office at (808) 841-7022, or Contact Us.
- Assistant to help maintenance staff organize storage areas and gym
- Handyman to do basic maintenance of the KUC campus
- Cleaners to help clean the sanctuary, gym, welcome center, and kitchen
- Carpenter to build a Kiosk with wheels for Sunday information distribution
Tuesday Campus Workdays
Meets on Tuesday mornings at 8 am in the Courtyard. Men and women are invited to work together to clean and maintain our church grounds, foliage, and facilities. Lunch is provided.

Meets on First and Second Sundays each month from 12:45 – 3 pm at the Juvenile Detention Home (Hale Ho’omalu at 287 Kamokila Blvd. in Kapolei).
Please join our Detention Home Ministry team in bringing hope and the love of God to the Juvenile Detention Home (juvenile facility for troubled youth).

Prayer Blanket/Quilt Ministry
We lovingly sew blankets to be shared with people in need. In the past, blankets have been given to people in need of encouragement, to those who are sick or home-bound, to families with newborn babies, to pastors who take them to hospital and home visitations, and to people in our community (i.e. placed in Christmas gift boxes).

Meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 1:00-3:00 pm in the Library
We are prayerfully crocheting and knitting simple prayer shawls to bless those who need comfort, encouragement, and hope.

- cut fabric squares,
- draw on (decorate with fabric markers) the white squares,
